Cover abstraction
Cover abstraction is a special edition about the vast and incredible work Vaughan Oliver and Nigel Grierson, who built a partnership alongside from the 4AD publisher. This edition consists of two parts,
a compilation of CD covers and a collection of three CDs, which represent the work of the partnership
in question.
The main objective of this publication is to address the relationship between the designer and the photographer in the 80s. For this, 23V associates covers and posters made by the partnership 23 Envelope for the bands Pixies, The Cocteau Twins and Dead Can Dance. This special edition also features posters built under the inspiration of the two personalities, to warm a collector's heart.
